Stop loss orders DEX

Such an order can't exist on the ledger because it is not built in. This is logical. You guys can build some kind of polling mechanism that checks the current price of an asset to then push the notification so that the offer is placed on the ledger. Storing such orders on your servers would be another solution but perhaps not desirable? I really want it and I bet many others also.

Stop loss orders may sound nice but they can also cause a lot of pain in different ways. Stop loss places a market order.
This example shows a dip that lasted 1 minute, imagine your stop loss was triggered

Bert de Hoogh: I don't need tutoring on the subject of stop loss orders but thanks anyway. 😉

Same for setting buy orders with a price higher than the current price. There are reasons one can have because it could signal a turnaround and you don't want to miss the train 🚂

cryptoingmar Den Haan: You might take a look @Gatehub trading platform for this? They are going to integrate into XUMM as well

Marc C: I'm starting to get allergic to Gatehub. The most terrible website in de crypto sphere if you ask me and they even have no app. I understand perfectly well the limitations of the ledger if you talk about stop loss orders. It's an order type you can't put on the Ledger so it has to be kept on a server that is monitoring The current Price and if the price is right they throw it on the ledger. The gatehub in xap works well but also lacks that feature.
