Loader and filter out of scope txs

When filtering add loader just to indicate something is happening.
Also when filtering if user is using reporting node, older txs may not show up, it would be good to add some kind of label to end of tx results to indicate this is reporting server and not full history node. For people who don’t know.

The entire event filtering will get a make over in the future, as there are many things to improve when filtering anyway (load more history, auto load more when filtering, dealing with non standard currency codes, etc. - Indicating loading will definitely be part of that.
